Jason began his adventures in real estate when he moved to Williamsburg, Brooklyn in 2002 to enter the NYC music scene. Upon arriving in Brooklyn he had an opportunity to purchase the multi-family building where he was renting, and through this transaction, he met and took a job with an area developer. Jason quickly became Lead Project Manager on multiple ground-out residential developments, and ultimately acted as an owner’s rep with full responsibility over a large portfolio of projects. Possessing a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Jason was driven to start his own development company, successfully building “green” post-n-beam homes at Mt. Snow Resort in Vermont. Through these experiences, Jason has learned all the in’s and out’s of Brooklyn Real Estate – whether it be from an owner's perspective, to a first time buyer, or a new-to-town renter – he has the ability to identify the client’s needs and relate to their concerns no matter the circumstances. As a Williamsburg resident for over a decade, Jason thoroughly knows the neighborhoods, the buildings, and the people. He listens carefully and takes everything into consideration when pairing people and places, and this attentiveness has quickly gained him customer loyalty and trust. In his spare time, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 kids, snowboarding, fly-fishing, and playing bass.
