As a Certified Buyer's Representative (CBR) and Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), specializing in luxury property sales throughout Manhattan, Davide has served a diverse clientele that has included high-profile celebrities, foreign investors, politicians and diplomats who have benefited from my expertise and discretion. Adept at creating a smooth real estate transaction by effectively navigating all parties involved from the clients on both sides of the table to the attorneys and mortgage brokers.

Originally from Bologna, Italy, He has enjoyed living in New York City since 1980. Being a trusted market resource for his clients, his real estate work has allowed him to get back in touch with his European roots by dealing with foreign investors who buy, sell and rent properties in the city.

As a graduate of New Jersey State College where he received a B.A. degree in Speech Communication and Theater, then later continued acting studies with Director Richard Pinter of The Neighborhood Playhouse in New York City. He has starred as a professional actor in countless national commercials such as The Wall Street Journal, Chase Bank and ATT, working with acclaimed academy award cinematographers, Bob Richardson and Fred Schuler.

He also was the voice over character of Pope Francis on David Letterman, and most notably "The Devil Wears Prada" in which he played Miranda Priestly's Billionaire friend Massimo Cortileoni.

Fluent in Italian and proficient in cooking Italian cuisine, He also enjoys live jazz concerts, worldwide travel, fine wine and dining and sports, particularly World Cup soccer. He rides a Ducati SuperSport S and has been an avid motorcyclist for the past 30 years. He graduated from the California Superbike Racing School.
