Joshua Garay

Joshua S. Garay, MBA, is a highly experienced Real Estate Broker, investor and the President of JSG Realty Corporation. With more than $200 million sold of residential, industrial and commercial sales during the past several years, Garay represents a variety of buyers and sellers. Garay also manages more than $100 Million of prime luxury Condominiums in Manhattan and Brooklyn. He represents the Original Golden Nugget Hotel in Atlantic City and more than 1 Million Square Feet of industrial space in New Jersey. Garay has been featured in a variety of publications including Fox Business, Mansion Global, TechCrunch, Politico, AMNY and others. He holds an MBA from CUNY Baruch and earned his baccalaureate at the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Josh currently resides in New York City and is active in multiple Holocaust non-profit Organizations, aimed at preserving the legacy of his ancestry whom perished during the War.
