As a third-generation architect and real estate developer, Victoria grew up with a strong sense of aesthetics and market value. She applies this expertise daily to benefit her clients.

Victoria specializes in relocation, strategic marketing, and sales. She is particularly skilled at representing investment properties for out-of-town clients, managing and reselling them for profit. Her expertise spans Central Park West, Central Park South, Fifth Avenue, and the Chelsea and Clinton neighborhoods. She is tenacious in developing marketing strategies that position her clients for success, consistently setting record-breaking sales in top buildings.

Victoria’s success places her among the industry’s elite. After her first year, she was inducted into the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club.

Today, with a 20-year career and billions of dollars in sales, she is a Certified New York Residential Specialist—sought after by a discerning clientele of celebrities, corporate leaders, scientists, and powerful international investors.

She was named Community Hero in 2018 by the Museum of Chinese in America, received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Mulan Club in 2022, and was among Corcoran’s 15 Inspiring Women in 2023.

A native of Beijing, China, Victoria lived in major cities around the world before falling in love with Manhattan. Her cultural exposure gives her a deep understanding of her clientele's needs. She holds a degree in Architecture from Tsinghua University and lives in Manhattan with her husband and two sons.

Actively involved in philanthropy, she supports the Museum of Chinese in America (MOCA), Tuesday’s Children, and the New York Landmarks Conservancy. She is also a member of the University Club and Screen Actors Guild.
