Elizabeth's notable projects include the conversion of 93 Worth, a historic industrial building in Tribeca, NY, into a 91-unit condo, and the construction of 15 Renwick, a 31-unit building in Hudson Square.

She has served as Director of Sales at Monogram New York, a luxury 191-unit condo in Midtown East, and Wonder Lofts in Hoboken, NJ, an 83-unit Gold LEED-certified historic conversion of the original Wonder Bread Factory.

Known for her client-centric approach and innovative problem-solving, Elizabeth offers expert guidance on real estate markets, industry trends, and practices. Her background in multi-family construction and architectural knowledge enhances her ability to bring innovation to the NYC real estate scene.

Residing in a meticulously restored historic townhome in Midtown South, Elizabeth owns multiple investment properties and actively serves on NYC Co-operative Boards. She is also an equestrian, former Equestrian Center owner, and President of the Board of Directors for Metropolitan Equestrian, a Times Square-based non-profit providing equine arts and sports programing to inner-city youth.

Elizabeth holds an International Business Degree from The Fashion Institute of Technology and a Master's Degree in K-12 Education from New York University.
