Prior to his career in real estate, Patrick worked as a top salesman for an advertising agency. This experience made him highly accustomed to the arts of hospitality.

A current resident of Brooklyn, Patrick has exceptional knowledge of both Manhattan and his hometown borough. He also has traveled the world as a professional musician and still enjoys playing the occasional gig in NYC.
