Jeffrey Berger

Mr. Berger is an accomplished New York City real estate professional with over 20 years of experience as a project manager and advisor. He is currently the Founder and a Principal of Isen & Company R|E|A - a real estate advisory firm formed in 2003. Isen & Company R|E|A is a full service real estate advisory firm that works closely with owners, developers, brokers, investment professionals, and private clients to secure idealistic investment opportunities. Mr. Berger is a veteran of the neighborhoods north of 96th street. He has advised dozens of developers and private clients in Northern Manhattan and maintains a close relationship with the community. Mr. Berger graduated with an MSc in Real Estate Development from Columbia University’s School of Architecture and received his BA in Psychology from the University of Rochester. He is a supporter/mentor for Columbia’s MsRED alumni network, and a long time resident of Northern Manhattan.
