Caitlin Williams

A native New Yorker, Caitlin has been a licensed real estate professional since 2005 and has worked on transactions well in excess of 350 million dollars throughout her career. Caitlin has invaluable experience and knowledge working with buyers and sellers on coop and condo transactions big and small throughout all areas of Manhattan and Brooklyn. Caitlin's love for New York City architecture and for working with people was the catalyst to her pursuing a career in real estate at The Corcoran Group. Caitlin has an intimate knowledge of the New York City market having grown up in Manhattan, attending The Nightingale-Bamford School, and graduating from The Hotchkiss School in Lakeville, Connecticut. It was while at Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, where she earned her BA in Mass Communications and Classics, that she actively began to pursue her interest in Real Estate. Caitlin received her real estate license prior to graduating from college in 2006, and spent a summer interning at The Sunshine Group (now Corcoran Sunshine) learning about the sales and marketing of new condominium developments. Caitlin is a professional who possesses sound judgment, a refined value system, personal integrity and an ability to make things happen. As anyone who meets her can contest, her enthusiasm, honesty, and outgoing nature make her easy to be around and to work with. A "people person”, Caitlin has an innate ability to understand what her customers are searching for. While she currently resides in Greenwich Village, Caitlin has a knowledge of all areas of New York City, having lived on the Upper East Side, Nolita, and Tribeca. She takes great joy in the fact that her clientele is spread across all neighborhoods and price points.
