Shawn Kohanzadeh

Shawn became a salesperson in 2010 but has been involved in real estate in some aspect or another his entire life. Growing up in Great Neck in a real estate family of developers of major projects and landlords with massive portfolios, his own success in the field was inevitable. Shawn has an intimate knowledge of how a property should be built, priced and marketed, and where to find the right buyers. He is a perfectionist when it comes to his work, and goes above and beyond to streamline deals in a timely, effective manner.

Shawn came to real estate from a successful background in the international wholesale business. He is very confident and professional yet at the same time, easygoing and well mannered. A Manhattan resident since 2003, Shawn attended Hofstra University and New York University before embarking on a successful business career that revolved around sales and customer service. He currently lives in Chelsea, and enjoys playing kickball, traveling around the world and living like a local in the many countries he has visited.
