My e-mail says Ciro Scala but everyone in Brooklyn Heights knows me as Chip which comes from looking and acting like my Dad ... so everyone called me “chip off the old Block" ...

Our home in Brooklyn Heights was built in 1836. We have lived in it since 1990. I have spent most of my life in the Home Furnishings industry and have met and worked with some of the finest Interior designers, my wife among them. Living in the first landmark community and being married to a woman with unsurpassed style has led to a life long interest in fine design and historic architecture. So, it seemed very natural for me to gravitate to the real estate industry in Brownstone Brooklyn. My knowledge of the homes, and my deep connection with the neighborhood is something I look forward to sharing with anyone who is as curious as I am to see that next great circa 1830’s townhouse coming new to the market.
