Gloria Sandiford

Professional Experience: Gloria Sandiford is Corporate Broker and Vice President at Flateau Realty Corp. She began her real estate career in 1999 as a sales agent with Weichert Realtors Corp., New Jersey, where she specialized in the sale of historic properties. Her energetic, creative and personable style allowed her to quickly achieve multi-million-dollar club status and receive numerous “Sales Agent of the Year” awards. In 2011, Sandiford joined Flateau Realty Corp., in Brooklyn, NY. Since that time, she has become a mover and shaker and a highly respected and much sought-after real estate expert. Sandiford has helped hundreds of families and individuals achieve their real estate goal of either buying their first property, or multiple properties to downsizing, relocating, selling the family estate, and/or commercial investment property. One of Sandiford's passions is working with seniors to downsize and relocate. She has extensive knowledge about the various living options that exist for aging seniors. Sandiford also enjoys educating younger people on the subject investing in real estate. She is often invited to speak on a variety of related real estate, homeownership and investing topics.
