About Randall Gianopulos
Randall Gianopulos mastered the art of real estate brokerage after transitioning from a successful career on Wall Street in 2011. He has since closed many notable transactions throughout Manhattan and broken sales records that include his recent closing at 101 Central Park West, which sold for $35 million.
Fortunate to have a diverse clientele of American and international leaders in finance, business and the arts, Randall is known for his high degree of integrity, attention to detail and discretion. As a top producer and former Director in institutional futures, he is seasoned at meeting a client’s needs and protecting their best interests in fast-paced changing markets. His superior service and skilled negotiating are appreciated and long remembered, as evidenced by ongoing repeat and referral clients.
Randall’s interest in real estate began well before he joined Sotheby’s International Realty. For over 20 years, he has purchased, renovated and sold residential and commercial properties in Manhattan and Long Island’s East End. Randall’s expertise affords him a proven ability to both see and show the upside potential of property, to capitalize on opportunity for buyers and sellers. Though specializing in Manhattan, he draws on a vast referral network throughout the tristate area and around the world.
A graduate of Miami University in Ohio with Finance and Accounting majors, Randall advanced his knowledge by completing a Professional Certification in Real Estate Finance and Investment from NYU. He has lived in every neighborhood in New York, and recently served on the board of a pre-war cooperative in the Sutton area where he resided for ten years. Randall and his family currently call a co-op loft in Flatiron home, plus enjoy their residence in Southampton Village.
Randall enjoys playing tennis and taking in the fine architecture, museums and theater the City offers. He is also an arts enthusiast with a long involvement with MoMA’s Contemporary Arts Council where he serves as an officer.
