My career began with a neighborhood business almost 20 years ago; over time I have exchanged rakes and mowers for apartment keys and real estate market knowledge. It is still a neighborhood business, yet one that focuses on residential sales, rentals and investments.

I’m a lifelong city dweller – I grew up in Washington DC, attended Emory University in Atlanta where I received a BA in Economics, worked with digital technologies and online marketing in San Francisco and then moved to New York City to leverage that background into a successful real estate practice. I not only follow but also understand market trends and what they mean to my clients goals and their bottom line. I understand the ins and outs of online marketing which is imperative for a broker today as 93% of buyers/renters start their search online.
