Raymond Dillulio

Raymond Dillulio is a member of the Eklund Gomes Team- the #1 Team Nationwide 2013, 2014, 2015 & 2016. Raymond is a resident of New York City and is passionate about the City and all it is has to offer. As part of the Eklund Gomes Team Raymond has closed over $275M in sales the past 5 years. Raymond spent many years as a successful garment center executive employing over 100 people. This has provided him with invaluable experience in dealing with professionals and building relationships. He has a strong work ethic and prides himself on his honesty and integrity both personally and professionally. Raymond has been involved with the purchase and renovation of numerous properties in New York City which has given him a good eye for quality, value and aesthetics when looking for a home to suit his clients' needs or finding the right buyer for a property. He has also served on the board of several coops and has a strong understanding of the New York City co-op and condo market. In his capacity as a board member he has interviewed numerous prospective buyers and knows the ins and outs of the Manhattan board process. Raymond is also a board member of The Chelsea Piers Scholarship Fund helping families and children afford multiple sports and camp opportunities.
