Jamie S Joseph

Jamie Joseph, a consummate real estate professional who works alongside her mother, top producer Wendy J. Sarasohn, is pleased to bring her business to Brown Harris Stevens, the oldest and most prestigious residential real estate firm in New York City and the exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate in New York City. Since joining forces, the mother-daughter partnership has amassed an impressive sales volume in excess of $1.2 Billion, including single property transactions as high as $20 million and $125 million in sales in 2015 alone.  They are consistently ranked in the Top 25 in Manhattan and Top 1% in the Country by the Wall Street Journal/Real Trends for individual sales volume.

Jamie began working with her mother in 2004 at Corcoran Group Real Estate. Her mother was one of Corcoran’s Top agents and with the firm from 1988 to 2014. Growing up as an only child on the Upper East Side, Jamie often accompanied her mother on showings, learning the business from a young age. After graduating from The Spence School in Manhattan, Jamie went on to earn a Bachelors of Arts from Cornell University.

From alcove studios in the West Village to eight-figure, expansive apartments along Fifth Avenue and Central Park West, Jamie has represented buyers and sellers in almost every neighborhood in Manhattan. She has lived all over the city and recently purchased her first home, a prewar co-op on the Upper West Side, where she currently lives with her husband, Chris, and their two sons, Jack and Chase. Jamie is an active member of The Spence Alumnae Association serving on the Alumnae Board and Co-Chair of the Annual Fund.
