Kristin Hurd

Prior to joining Stribling & Associates in 2018, over her career, Kristin has managed over 200 brokers and marketed and sold over a billion dollars in real estate transactions. With a background in Technology & Real Estate, her drive and talent to develop and integrate forward thinking strategy has carried her to great success. At prior companies, she earned multiple top performing awards, as both a salesperson and in management leadership. These include some of the most prestigious awards, including Rookie of the Year, Manager of the Year, and Top Listing Team of the Year. Her success also extends to selling and managing new developments, which have allowed her to work one-on-one with international investment banks, hedge funds, and some of New York and New Jersey's largest real estate developers. She is a member of REBNY, a Certified Negotiator and has obtained her NYRS certification. Outside of work, Kristin has a passion for giving back. She has had the privilege to actively work on the Board of Directors for several non-profit organizations. She is currently the Co-Chair of the Greater New York Human Rights Campaign and is a member of the HRC GNY Steering Committee. When she is not at work or engaged in philanthropic efforts, Kristin loves to spend quality time with her family and friends. She also enjoys preparing and hosting brunch, creating community, laughing, snowboarding, scuba diving, skydiving, and meditation.
