Lilyan Bell brings more than two decades of Manhattan real estate experience, combining deep market knowledge, strong negotiating skills and a keen eye for value and design.

A lifelong New Yorker, Lilyan has represented buyers, sellers, landlords and developers throughout Manhattan, specializing in co-ops, condominiums, rentals and new development. She has particular expertise in NYC on the Upper West Side ,Central Park West, and Downtown, where her knowledge of the neighborhood and its buildings gives her clients a distinct advantage.

Known for her energy, tenacity and highly personal approach, Lilyan believes that successful real estate is about more than finding or listing a property. It’s about positioning, negotiating and navigating every detail through closing while always protecting her client’s interests. Much of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals a testament to the relationships she has built throughout her career.

Outside of real estate, Lilyan is an artist and passionate traveler. Most importantly, she is a proud mom to a son playing NCDC junior hockey. Her creativity, curiosity and love of people are as much a part of who she is as her real estate career.
