Tim Simmons

Tim is a seasoned real estate professional with over two decades of international experience. His passion for property began in his childhood growing up in a family development business in the UK along with creating his own student accommodation business while at University.

In 2002, he moved to New York, where he worked with an independent brokerage and development company, gaining extensive experience in all facets of the New York real estate market, as well as being intrinsically involved in the sourcing and all pre-development aspects of 4 significant projects in West Chelsea.

Beyond New York, Tim has served as a Development Consultant in Central London with a major UK firm, advising on notable development projects and regeneration schemes across the England. He has also been appointed as the representative for international projects in the Caribbean and Europe.

His brokerage work spans across nearly every New York neighborhood, achieving notable results from first homes to luxury penthouses. Recently, he has become a leading broker in Brooklyn new development, where he sold over $200M and set multiple price records.
