David Rosenberger

In 1993, with his B.A. in political science from Drew University in hand, David ventured 50 miles south of his hometown, Baltimore, MD for an internship at the White House in Washington, D.C. After volunteering in government, David was employed by the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum where he worked with survivors and raised millions for a momentous cause. It was one of the most rewarding experiences of his life.

In 1996 David came to New York City and began working for the investment banking industry. After 5 years on Wall Street, performing equity research on radio and TV stocks and interacting with CEOs and CFOs on a regular basis, David couldn’t deny the urge to help people with what is typically the largest investment they will ever make, a home.

David’s financial background gives him an edge when it comes to many aspects of a real estate transaction. His comparative analysis for pricing property is among the best in the business and is always thoroughly researched.
