With over a decade in real estate, James has successfully sold and leased properties across Manhattan, the Bronx, and Westchester—ranging from historic townhouses in Harlem to pre-war homes in Fieldston. He was also the exclusive sales agent for several units at The Solaria, Riverdale’s premier full-service glass condominium with sweeping views of the Hudson River.

Originally from Clinton, New Jersey, James holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business. After living in Manhattan for 15 years, he relocated to the Riverdale section of the Bronx in 2022. When he's not working, James enjoys spending time at his family's beach home near Morehead City, North Carolina, with his husband Nathan and their beloved Jindo pup, Margo.
