John Wassermann

John proudly joined Halstead Property in April, 1994 with a real estate background specializing in corporate commercial tenant representation. This experience has given him a unique perspective which to serve his clients and a strong foundation in qualitative analysis, negotiations and closing the transaction. John quickly earned the reputation as a top full service agent dedicating himself to providing needed homes to newly relocated executives or finding the right space for savvy New Yorkers upgrading their lifestyle. John's professionalism, work ethic, dedication and commitment led to an executive position as Rental Listing Manager, where he maintained and developed strong relationships with New York's largest landlords; helping them find highly qualified corporate tenants for their portfolio's of real estate holdings. In the summer of 2002, John was transferred to the newly created entity of Halstead / Feathered Nest where he took on a transitional leadership role as Director of Listings maintaining and developing relationships for the new merged entity and creating market presence for a new brand name. Today, John serves as Leasing/ Sales Manager for Halstead Property where he oversees day to day operations with Fritz Frigan, Executive Director of Sales/ Leasing. Halstead Property, LLC
