Michael Joo brings over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, where in 2007 he started on the residential side of transactions. He has worked on everything from sales and rentals of starter condos and coops as well as done much larger deals at well known buildings such as 52 Leonard St, River and Warren, and the Orion, to name a few.

Michael also quickly realized that his skill set and passion were a perfect match for commercial real estate, where the transactions are often complex and nuanced as well as requiring more analysis and due diligence. While continuing to represent his residential sales clients, his years of commercial experience have allowed him to become a trusted advisor in commercial transactions. The many deals he has successfully transacted include multifamily and mixed-use investment properties, as well as retail/office/warehouse leases for clients such as fast casual/upscale white tablecloth restaurants, creative firms, medical practices, and warehouse/industrial tenants.
