Tricia Mader

Both sides of Tricia Mader’s family have had roots in downtown Manhattan since the 1800s, which makes her particularly proud to be carrying on the tradition of living in such a great city as New York. Born in the West Village and raised in Rumson, NJ by the shore, she has also lived in Chicago, Connecticut and California, but always came back to the only place she calls home. Currently residing in Battery Park City with her two sons, Tricia has rented, owned and lived in various neighborhoods from the West Village to Chelsea, Midtown East and the Upper East Side. She understands the challenges, demands and joys of life in Manhattan, and strives to help her clients find their own special niche here…making the process smooth, satisfying and enjoyable.

A graduate of Denison University with a BA degree in Art History, Tricia has an innate aesthetic sensibility that inspired her to become an interior designer. She’s worked with clients in condos, co-ops and rentals throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn, as well as in Connecticut. Her natural transition to selling real estate stemmed from her love of working with people, flair for visualizing the potential of space, and ability to make a home suit the needs and personalities of her clients. Outside of work, Tricia is an active mom whose boys previously attended private school on Park Avenue and the Upper East Side, and currently go to PS89 in Battery Park City. She is empathetic to family needs, and knowledgeable about the city’s many offerings for city dwellers in all different stages of life. She has also travelled extensively to places like Bali, Hong Kong, Prague, Poland, Italy, France, London, Singapore and the Caribbean Islands, but in her heart feels there’s no place like New York.
