Jeffrey Wachtenheim

With many years of real estate sales success to his credit, Jeff Wachtenheim is respected as a seasoned Downtown Manhattan specialist and dedicated advocate for his clients. Jeff came into real estate brokerage straight out of college, earning the prestigious Rookie of the Year Award and continuing on to become a consistent top producer. Jeff has personally lived in Manhattan for over two decades, always in the Soho/Village area, and does most of his transactions below 23rd Street. He has a particularly fondness for apartments with character, including lofts, townhouses and prewar buildings, but is also aware of the appeal of glass and steel new construction as well. Originally from Westchester, NY, Jeff graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in Business and Marketing. His personal loves are travel and food, and he often combines the two. As an avid traveler who constantly seeks adventure, Jeff has visited over 50 counties thus far, with excursions that have included hiking the Himilayas in Nepal, driving through Africa, exploring the jungles of South America, backwaters of Kerala, India, climbing Machu Picchu and other exotic destinations. He speaks conversational Spanish, plus is an active volunteer for various food-based charities and events.
