Philip Laffey

Philip Laffey oversees Laffey Real Estate. Mr. Laffey is responsible for all brokerage operations for Laffey Real Estate Nassau, Suffolk and Queens Real Estate Divisions. Mr. Laffey received his Real Estate license on his eighteenth birthday in 1984. Starting as a rental agent in the company's Bellerose Office, he has since held many different positions within the organization. He managed many of the firm's offices including the New Hyde Park, Roslyn, Bellerose, Greenvale, Great Neck, Syosset, Manhasset and, most recently, the Huntington office.Involved in all aspects of the organization, he also started, and continues to oversee, a special training program within the company called "Gold Circle" Training which seeks to educate a select group of agents on the special needs of the Fine Homes luxury market. Mr. Laffey is also a Principal of eRealty Title Agency LLC, a full service Title Insurance agency, and Kylemore Development Corp, a luxury home builder. Mr. Laffey graduated from Chaminade High School in 1984 with honors. He then went on to receive his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston College in 1988. He also completed studies through Syracuse University in London, England. In 2005, Mr. Laffey was elected to serve on the Board of Easter Seals New York. Easter Seals has been providing services that help children and adults with special needs gain greater independence for more than 80 years. Easter Seals assists more than one million children and adults and their families annually. Philip Laffey brings over 30 years of real-estate experience to Laffey Real Estates’ Greenvale office. Born in Elmhurst, Queens. He currently resides in Manhattan, NY.
