Graduating with a Master's degree from Columbia University as a Ford Fellow, Julie discovered that the process of analyzing a film, directing a scene study or writing a screenplay is basically a deep examination of human psychology. Prior to entering real estate, Julie studied literature at Oxford University and The University of Texas at Austin graduating Phi Beta Kappa. She directed, produced and edited several award winning short films and documentaries.
