<p>Hannah joined TOWN Residential in 2011, working exclusively with The Ginger Brokaw Group, a top luxury real estate broker in New York City, and has been a key team player from the start.</p><p>Hannah's personable disposition and attention to detail make her a true favorite among clients. She is dedicated to making the process of buying and selling seamless with her close guidance and experienced transaction management. She brings her problem-solving abilities and extraordinary disposition and stamina to every client, and won't stop until the job is done well. &nbsp;</p><p>When working with sellers, Hannah is committed to exceeding expectations and delivering the best outcome possible. "I like to put all of the pieces together to find the buyer that best fits my clients' goals and see it through to a successful end. When I work with my clients, I address every step of the real estate process so that they know what to expect during each phase - communication is key."</p><p>Hannah was born in NYC and raised in Sands Point on Long Island. She attended the University of Florida, where she majored in Economics, and she returned to Manhattan right after college. Before entering real estate, she worked for an award-winning digital marketing company as a program director, managing client services for Fortune 500 companies. Through this, she became a natural problem solver, multi-tasker, and liaison for her clients' unique needs.</p><p>Currently living in the Madison Square Park area, also known as NoMad, Hannah will guide you anywhere your home search takes you, whether uptown or downtown. Outside of real estate, she loves leading an active life, full of adventures, travel, sports, skiing, spending time with her dog, and anything having to do with staying active and having fun. Hannah also works with the ASPCA, and is an advocate for clients seeking pet-friendly apartments in Manhattan.</p>
