Catherine Madaio

Catherine Is a Native New Yorker. She grew up in Westchester County and has spent the last 30 years living and working in New York City. As a child her family had a second home on Spring Lake in Dutchess County. Today she splits her time between NYC and Dutchess County. 

    As an entrepreneur she likes to think out of the box and is always looking at the bigger picture. She is hard-working and dedicated to every deal. Real Estate is a passion for her and she is obsessed with learning about the real estate everywhere she goes. She has incredible property knowledge. She throws herself 100% into every deal she has going on. She can spend hours upon hours advertising an exclusive yet manages to juggle many other deals at the same time. She meets incredible amazing and interesting people and always has fun yet is always professional and detail oriented. She has many years of experience working in NYC in some of the toughest and most competitive markets. 

    When not working Catherine spends time with her dogs and renovating an old property in Dutchess County. Catherine is a lifelong learner, always taking new classes and learning new things. She is active in many lifelong sports and hobbies in her spare time. She is actively involved in the communities in which she lives. She is currently involved in eco-friendly homes that have more energy efficient lighting, are LEED certified, use sustainable material, use solar panels, and proper insulation. Green building reduces carbon emissions, waste and more efficient energy while reducing exposure to toxins. In addition, finding new solutions to our changing environment and climate change by helping offset risk.
