Tom Le

With exceptional tenacity, persistence and follow through--always trying to complete what he sets out to do—Tom Le brings skillful negotiation, professionalism and heart to every transaction. Tom tries not only to understand his client’s real estate desires and needs but he also helps to fulfill them. Having been a middle child grown up in a large and extended family, Tom understands the value of flexibility and hard work. These values combined with his diverse studies, interests and training position him to be a persuasive and effective negotiator even in the most difficult situations. All the while he remains focused on the heart of the matter with his direct and straight forward approach, and he is always mindful of maintaining the highest level of integrity.

Hailing from the Far East, Tom was born and raised in Vietnam. Through arduous journeys and living in many locations all over the world, Tom finally immigrated to the San Francisco Bay Area and became an American citizen. Tom went to college in the Midwest, spent time abroad studying in Spain, before finally graduating from Washington University in St. Louis. Both a pre-med and a performing arts major in college, it was choreography which initially brought Tom after college to New York City. He quickly established himself as a notable performer and choreographer. His many works have been recognized locally and nationally. Among the highlights he experienced in the field was his directorial debut at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C., where he was named The Best Collegiate Performer Nationally. Tom’s productions at the Joyce Theater, Soho, received critical acclaim from the New York Times. Despite his quick successes in the arts, Tom found himself at a critical juncture in his career path. It seemed a natural progression for Tom to make the next step: to move back into the family business--Real Estate. Through the performing arts Tom has learned the importance of discipline, hard work, creativity, persistence and the value of honest dealing--not only with colleagues but most importantly the public at large. These are the qualities which Tom brings to bear in his real estate practice.

Successes in the arts have been repeated in Real Estate. Tom set the unprecedented record of being The Rookie and The Top Salesperson of the year out of the 500 agents in his first year with a Brooklyn base company. Since then, he has held the title of The Top Producer, belonged to The President Society, been named to the prestigious Chairman’s Circle--a multi million dollar producing group that was instrumental in advancing the company into the billion dollar sales range and chaired the Ethics Committee in which he helped to implement many new standards companywide.

Since joining Corcoran, Tom has been consistently one of the top producers in Brooklyn and is ranked in the top 2% of all NRT sales associates nationally.  While he continues to develop relationships with his large referral client base he is also focusing on servicing new and existing clients from sales, acquisitions to managing the sales and marketing of conversion as well as ground-up developments.
