Wen Hsu

As a resident of New York City for over twenty years, Wen has witnessed many neighborhoods transform and evolved.  Her love of Manhattan combined with her first-hand understanding of these dynamic neighborhoods ensures that you will have a well informed and enjoyable experience in seizing your New York City real estate aspirations.  Wen has resided in Greenwich Village, East Village, Chelsea, Upper West Side, Battery Park, Murray Hill and currently in Gramercy.

Wen’s real estate career began at Goldman Sachs, where her group invested in commercial real estate.  She also gained extensive knowledge of mortgage and real estate trends as a rating analyst at a top tier rating agency involved in analyzing residential mortgage backed securities.

Originally from Taiwan, Wen is fluent in Mandarin.  She obtained her Bachelors degree in Marketing and International Business as well as an MBA from the prestigious New York University.

Wen enjoys traveling, tango dancing, photography, scuba diving and everything that New York has to offer.
