Before transitioning to real estate, Philip served as Chief Financial Officer for a higher education nonprofit and previously worked in youth development as a Program Director at a private summer camp in Minnesota.

Originally from Bergen County, New Jersey, he holds a B.A. in Biology from Amherst College. Outside of real estate, Philip is a passionate rower and runner, an arts enthusiast who enjoys museums and theater, and serves as the President of the Amherst Alumni Association of New York.
