Born and raised in New York, Ed previously enjoyed a career as a television producer working with an acclaimed UK production company creating, writing and producing programs aired on the BBC, ITV and Channel4 UK. He next refocused his passion to excel in the world of nightlife, event planning and restaurants. This transition came naturally to Ed as he finds it easy to relate to people with different personalities and backgrounds.
