Iva Spitzer joined Corcoran 13 years ago after an impeccable 20 year career in New York City Real Estate. Building on over 20 years as a Broker city wide, she has taken an extraordinary sense of style and unparalleled depth of property knowledge to become one of the top specialists in project development throughout Manhattan. Bringing experience from all components of the industry, she is able to govern over every aspects of any new development. From walking a site to completing the last closing she is hands on in every element of what constitutes a successful project.

Iva’s forte is the conversion of beautiful prewar structures to condominiums and she has consistently lead some of the most successful projects in the city including 190 Riverside Drive, 500 West End Avenue, The Briarcliff at 171 West 57th St, The Olcott at 27 West 72nd St, 5 East 17th St, and 22 Mercer St to name only a few of the many sought after condominiums she has helped to create. Most developers find her talents indispensable with regard to the look and image of each building and her track record in sales over the years is something that Corcoran is proud to have as part of the Division.
When Iva is not working on her next building, she spends time traveling in Africa, pursuing her interest in photography and passion for the conservation of wildlife. She has had sell out photography shows in some of New York’s most prestigious galleries and is widely published.
