Joseph Sweeney

Joseph Sweeney is an experienced real estate agent with expertise in the New York and Philadelphia markets. He is passionate about the green building and sustainable design that developed while obtaining his Masters of Environmental Science from the University of Pennsylvania. As a Philadelphia native and long time resident of Manhattan, Joseph has an intimate knowledge of and a deep connection to both cities.

Joseph was raised in an environment where he learned firsthand about real estate from his parents’ calculated investments and was inspired to follow in their adventurous footsteps. His real estate career started in Philadelphia, where he is still a vital member of the progressive brokerage firm, Space and Company. Joseph has brought his energy and positivity to the Corcoran group, offering his background in environmental science, green building and entomology to supplement the company’s range of expertise. His wealth of real estate knowledge and experience provides great guidance for everyone, from first time home buyers to seasoned investors to developers.

Growing up Joseph was afforded a rich artistic upbringing which fostered his involvement in the music industry. He plays many musical instruments, played bass around the world with a number of bands and operates custom scoring facilities based in Los Angeles and New York.
