Chris is a native New Yorker who was born and raised in Brooklyn. With almost two decades of experience in Manhattan and Brooklyn real estate, he has negotiated and closed a variety of complex condo and challenging NYC co-op deals in both boroughs.

In addition to his experience navigating local real estate, Chris has an expert understanding of what drives the market—the result of a successful seven-year background in finance. Chris is a full-service agent who works diligently with an extensive network of top-tier real estate attorneys, mortgage brokers, and contractors to fulfill his clients' needs when buying or selling property. His clients range from high-profile individuals in entertainment and finance to families and first-time buyers. He has sold multi-million-dollar properties in many of Manhattan's hottest neighborhoods, from Chelsea and SoHo to Tribeca and the Flatiron; as well as in his native Brooklyn, including Dumbo, Boerum Hill, Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, Gowanus, Downtown Brooklyn, Bed-Stuy, and Prospect Heights.

Prior to real estate, Chris earned his bachelor's degree in business management from Rider University and spent close to a decade working in finance, in both operations and equity trading for top-tier Wall Street firms. He has been a resident of downtown Brooklyn for the past 25+ years and spends his time outside the office enjoying everything the City has to offer.
