Matthew Lenner

Matt joined The Focus Team in 2010 and runs Focus Long Island and the Focus New York City business. He relocated his family to the suburbs of Long Island in order to expand the business and concentrate on growth. Since doing so, he has built a niche in both identifying investment opportunities and seeing them through to fruition. Under Matt’s leadership, The Focus Team has closed a plethora of real estate transactions.

Having invested in many value add projects in Long Island and the NYC boroughs, Matt has become an expert in identifying properties. Matt has participated in many roles throughout different real estate opportunities. These roles have included project management, redevelopment, fundraising, arranging joint ventures, brokering, and putting together structured financing for deals.
