Jeff Yi

Jeff Yi is a seasoned New York–based real estate broker with extensive experience across residential and commercial markets. Born and raised in Seoul, Korea, Jeff made New York his permanent home, drawn by the city’s entrepreneurial energy and opportunities.

Prior to entering real estate full time, Jeff founded and operated several successful retail and service businesses, including a well-known retail and import store in Greenwich Village for over 13 years. He began his real estate career with one of New York City’s largest brokerage firms, where he spent 15 years building a distinguished track record, before founding and now operating his own boutique brokerage firm, providing highly tailored advisory services.

A former mortgage banker, Jeff has a comprehensive understanding of financing structures, capital markets, and the full transaction process. He specializes in multi-family buildings, mixed-use properties, office and retail leasing. Fluent in Korean, he works extensively with Korean and international clients, including close collaboration with the Republic of Korea. Most recently, he assisted the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in New York with its office relocation, overseeing site selection, negotiations, and execution with discretion and efficiency.

Jeff has demonstrated civic leadership, having served as President of the Korean American Association of Manhattan, supporting the Korean-American community and strengthening engagement with local institutions. He is committed to continuous learning and is currently enhancing his skills through commercial real estate financial analysis courses at Fordham University.

Outside of real estate, Jeff is an accomplished marathon runner, having completed more than 40 full marathons, and enjoys fishing and live music as a way to unwind. He is married and the proud father of one son and two daughters.
