Athenes Bauza

Athenes takes pride in her driven, honest and solution-oriented approach to real estate. Since joining Brown Harris Stevens in 2009, she has assisted top-tier teams in hundreds of complex transactions representing the interests of buyers, sellers and condominium developers throughout New York City. Athenes has aligned under the Adamson Hall team to support business operations and represent leasing, sales and marketing efforts.
With nearly a decade of experience in client engagement, real estate sales and marketing, she has been able to hone these skills into results for her clients. She has served as business development and operations coordinator for a growing crisis communications firm, managed contract funding and operations for a boutique litigation finance firm and supported the global analytics campaign at Coach, Inc.
An avid admirer of history and architecture, Athenes has enjoyed discovering the charming and unique neighborhoods of New York City since moving here in 2004. She is a graduate of Pace University with a degree in History and minor in Pre-Law. Athenes is an active community member of the Brooklyn Botanical Garden and volunteers in support of the GO Project a year round academic enrichment program for under-resourced elementary students. She enjoys cooking, biking and is learning Mandarin Chinese in her spare time.
