Jonathan Banks

Jonathan L. Banks is a Licensed Associate Broker working alongside top producer and industry leader, Josh Wesoky.

Jonathan began his career in 2007 and has worked at the top of the New York City real estate market for more than 15 years. A quiet force behind many of the City’s most notable deals, those who know and work with him appreciate his honesty, sincerity, and discretion.

His innate creativity, complemented by a passion for and deep understanding of architecture, art, and design, positions him as a valuable asset to clients.

With extensive experience in property renovation, construction, and construction management, Jonathan brings a practical understanding of the physical aspects of real estate to the table. This knowledge further enhances his ability to assess properties, identify potential, and provide valuable insights to his clients.

A graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, MA, where he studied Business Administration and Fine Arts, he is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Connecticut Association of Realtors.
