Jason Penner

Mr. Penner earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Florida, after which he spent the next several years touring the country as a professional musician and recording artist. After settling in New York City in 2005, he pursued real estate aggressively by conducting business in both luxury residential and commercial investment brokerage. 

Jason quickly earned his Associate Brokers license and was elevated to the position of Vice President at Metropolitan Property Group, while earning his Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from New York University. He served in this position until the Spring of 2011, when he made the move to become part of Keller Williams NYC. He specializes in the high-end residential market, placing an elite clientele in many of the most premier buildings that New York City has to offer, as well as maintaining a strong focus on commercial investment opportunities for a distinguished group of investors.
