Judith Malcom

Judith Malcom has retained a life-long interest in Manhattan real estate, which she finds integral to the fabric and life of the city. Her first practical experience in the field was as a member of the United Nations Hospitality Committee, which served ambassadors as well as staff personnel. Her responsibilities included familiarizing them and their families with the schools, shopping and services available in New York and to helping them find comfortable housing, primarily in New York and Brooklyn.

She started her professional career as a real estate broker with Whitbread-Nolan and was active in Manhattan real estate for close to seven years. She left the field to raise her young children, who were educated in Manhattan. She has also done extensive fund-raising for non-profit social welfare, environmental and arts organizations and speaks conversational Spanish.

Finding the right home for a client gives Judith tremendous professional satisfaction, especially when for a first time buyer. Connecting the right buyer to the right seller is equally rewarding and the matching process is a challenge she enjoys.

Since graduating from Smith College, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in the history of art, she has lived in Manhattan on both the Westside and the Eastside. She currently lives in Chelsea.
