With a career spanning more than 15 years in New York real estate, Pierre brings extensive knowledge of Manhattan's luxury condominium market, from Downtown and NoMad to Midtown and the Upper East Side. His building and development experience includes Madison House, 15 Broad Street, 75 Kenmare, The Azure, The Police Building at 240 Centre Street, and 200 East 59th Street, among other prominent Manhattan residences and new developments.
