Cindy Fazio

With a strong background in marketing and consulting, Cindy understands the importance of carefully listening to her clients’ and customers’ needs and desires. Cindy recognizes the importance of her role guiding buyers through the process of finding the right home whether it is their first apartment or dream townhouse. A devoted researcher, Cindy is constantly investigating new developments, previewing new listings, and keeping a close watch on neighborhood trends. Additionally, she has extensive experience with renovations and a great eye for a space’s potential.

Cindy honed her marketing, research, and presentation skills as the managing partner at BKG, a small consulting firm that specialized in youth and Gen-X markets. From 2001-2005, Cindy served as fundraising co-chair at Midtown West, PS 212 where her innovative efforts yielded a 400% overall increase in direct-giving. In her spare time, Cindy co-chairs the junior sailing program at MIYC in Mystic, CT.

Cindy attended New York University where she earned a BS in Economics from the Stern School of Business. As a Tennessee native, she has lived in a wide variety of neighborhoods from the Village, to NoHo (before it was NoHo) and Chelsea to Tribeca. Cindy and her family currently reside in Boerum Hill and enjoy all that life in Brooklyn has to offer.
