Karen Paul

A long-time uptown denizen, Karen has helped hundreds of apartment seekers find their homes, and prides herself on being direct, candid, and forthright with her buyers, sellers, and renters. Karen's real estate career began over a decade ago when she randomly moved to Sugar Hill, Harlem with her two plump, snuffling pugs, and started working in rentals to support herself while pursuing a PhD in Art History. Tired of eating pre-packaged ramen noodles every night, she thought apartment rentals sounded like something worth trying. Still all-but-dissertation but better nourished, Karen now works in real estate full-time and has expanded her career to encompass agent training, new development, and sales. In her down-time, Karen runs a few Harlem businesses - The Chipped Cup, Double Dutch Espresso, and Mess Hall.
