As a co-op and condominium owner, Lia Wiedemann knows how stressful the process of buying and selling in New York City can be. Lia regularly works with buyers, sellers, renters and landlords of all financial levels, and carefully guides each client through transactions from start to finish.

An excellent listener and trusted partner, Lia loves teaming up with buyers to help them find and secure their dream home, no matter how long it takes or what obstacles appear along the way. When working with sellers, she treats each property as if it were her own, navigating the process efficiently to ensure their goals are achieved. Having handled many renovations of her own, Lia can see the potential in certain properties her clients might overlook and knows how to successfully stage homes for maximum profit. With extensive experience analyzing the market, submitting and vetting offers, negotiating details, facilitating the approval processes and preparing board packages, Lia relies on a detail-oriented work ethic to make each deal a success.

Prior to working in real estate, Lia spent 10 years in the online editorial departments at top companies including AOL, About.com and Food Network and has written articles for major websites including HGTV, Today, and Mommy Poppins. A native New Yorker, Lia has been a loyal Brooklynite since 2001 and has called many neighborhoods home. She now lives in Park Slope with her husband Daniel and their three children. When she's not hard at work in Brooklyn, she likes to explore the North Fork of Long Island with her family.
