Rakesh Kumar brings international business/property development and management expertise to the Bracha Group at Keller Williams New York City.

Rakesh graduated from the illustrious Thames Valley University, ranked as London’s number one modern/innovative university. Graduating with honors, he obtained a B.A. in Business and Finance and put his talents to work in the fashion industry. Rakesh quickly founded his own fashion company and traveled the globe where he acquired a vast portfolio of clients -- from the United States, United Kingdom, Dubai, Singapore, India and more.

Throughout his profitable business ventures with some of the world’s most influential and successful entrepreneurs and professionals, he realized the vast potential of investing in and developing upscale properties. His artistic vision and eye for superior aesthetics in the fashion industry merged perfectly with choosing visually stunning and architecturally superb prime properties, resulting in his acquiring multi-family and multi-use properties in London, Manhattan, Chicago and Ohio. Each property that Rakesh has bought and/or sold has increased in value because of his renovation and design expertise.

Joining the Bracha Group in 2012, Rakesh knew that Ilan Bracha’s outstanding reputation as a visionary and hugely-successful entrepreneur could only further his own career goals: To become one of Manhattan’s most sought-after real estate professionals.

Rakesh’s decades of savvy business experience has established his reputation as being one of the most dedicated, trusted and knowledgeable negotiators -- cross-culturally, he has maintained and cultivated lifelong relationships with international clients who not only rely on his expert advice and counsel, but regard him as a trusted friend.

Although Rakesh has only lived in Manhattan for five years, he has acquired premium properties and bought and sold several upscale condos for the past decade. As much as he misses the excitement of his “city across the pond,” Manhattan has become his home away from home, as his energetic nature perfectly matches the pace of the Big Apple.
