Doron Sher

Doron Sher is a seasoned real estate broker, appraiser, inspector, notarized advisor, and court-appointed broker with nearly two decades of experience navigating New York City’s complex and fast-changing real estate market. Fully licensed across all his specialties, Doron is known for his honesty and client-first approach, offering clear, strategic guidance on whether to refinance, lease, sell, or purchase real estate—always prioritizing long-term value.

Specializing in full-building sales, he has completed transactions involving single-family walk-ups, large multi-family and mixed-use assets, commercial and retail properties, and court-ordered or distressed buildings. He excels in managing complex deals involving zoning, environmental reviews, DOB/HPD compliance, title issues, and multi-party negotiations. In addition to his knowledge of free-market units, investment buildings, 1031 exchanges, tax-abatement properties, and new construction, Doron brings deep expertise with rent-stabilized and rent-controlled buildings, helping landlords stabilize units, maximize NOI, and navigate New York’s evolving regulatory environment.

Alongside his brokerage work, Doron has several years of hands-on property management and facility managementexperience, overseeing building operations, maintenance, budgeting, compliance, and tenant relations. Doron holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Netanya Academic College, a Certificate in Real Estate Capital Markets, and has completed additional programs at New York University.
