A native New Yorker, who is driven, passionate and possesses the determination necessary for today’s competitive New York City Real Estate market. Andrea's nonsense attitude enables her to get the job done efficiently and accurately. A prior sales experience acquired during her tenure from the Eastman Kodak Company. During her employment at Kodak, Andrea worked within the Health Imaging Sales Division where she developed fundamental entreprenuerial skills. This prior sales experience helped in preparing her for the aggressive NYC Real Estate market. Andrea specializes in Luxury Residential/ Commerical Real Estate, where she is a hybrid broker in both Sales and Rentals. Her extensive knowledge of Condos, Co-ops, Brownstones, Townhomes, Investments, New Developments, and Relocations have paired with a proven sales/rental record, which has lead Andrea a trusted and reliable source within the Real Estate Industry. Andrea continues to evolve in her professional career through her participation in a variety of networking organizations. She is an active member of the following: The Barclays Center Business Alliance (BCBA). Metropolitan Building Managers N.Y. (MBMNY), TheNew York Association of Realty Managers (NYARM), The Manhattan Resident Managers Club (MRMC), The Scandinavian American Building Managers Guild (SABMG) and TheCommunity Emergency Response Team (CERT).
