Kelvin Pichardo is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, entrepreneur and real estate advisor with more than two decades of experience serving clients throughout New York City and the surrounding metropolitan area. As Principal Broker of City Rental Realty LLC, Kelvin specializes in residential and multifamily sales, investment properties, landlord representation, Section 8 housing, and complex real estate transactions requiring strategic planning and problem-solving.

Kelvin's real estate career began in the Bronx, where he developed a strong foundation in residential sales and property management. He later expanded his expertise as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser in Manhattan, gaining valuable experience in property valuation, market analysis, and investment underwriting. This unique combination of brokerage and appraisal experience allows him to provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of both the financial and practical aspects of real estate ownership.

Over the years, Kelvin has represented homeowners, investors, landlords, developers, and first-time homebuyers in transactions ranging from single-family residences to multifamily investment properties. Kelvin earned an Associate in Applied Science degree in Small Business Entrepreneurship from Borough of Manhattan Community College (CUNY) and pursued studies in Finance and Investments at Baruch College (CUNY). He has also completed professional studies through Baruch College's Newman Real Estate Institute and remains committed to continuing education and professional development.
