Passionate about New York City and its diverse urban environment, Demetri has been involved in everything from small multi-family deals to organizing teams for the development of a million-square-foot-plus mixed-use development. Born in New York but raised in Colorado, Demetri is graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder. He returned to NYC in 1992 to complete his M.S. in Urban Planning at Columbia University and never left again. In addition to holding his New York real estate license, Demetri is a Member of the Urban Land Institute, a LEED-AP with experience creating sustainable real estate, a Certified Planner with the American Institute of Certified Planners, and a member of REBNY.

Demetri and his wife reside in TriBeCa with their children.
